Fish tank competition

I have got my daughter a fish tank that will be given to her for her first birthday. The pet shop wont sell me fish untell I have a design for the tank so I am holding a competition to help design a fish tank I will choose three of the best and use them to decorate the tank. The best ones will recive a feture in my journal as well as a Deviantwatch and of corse photos of the real tank will be posted with credit given to the ones I chose to use in my design so happy designing go crazzy plants even recomended fish if you like I realy look forward to seeing what people will come up with I was told that just about anything is posible with a fish tank
I have never owned fish befor so I dont know anything about them what tank size would be recomended for me I only want to buy one tank I have a fairly large budget for the tank I realy want to get it right first time

the dimentions for the fish tank I looked at are
depth 43cm width 46cm Length 84cm
I am going to go with a tropical tank I think but I am not apsolutly sure XD

For a first tank, a peaceful community tropical tank is probably your best bet. Fish like tetras, plattys, mollies and guppies are good choices. Get a few Cory catfish or some loaches for cleanup duty (they will eat the food that falls to the bottom of the tank). I wouldn't recommend an algae eater (plecostamus) because they can get very large.

Don't buy all the fish at one time, too many at once will cause an ammonia spike which can kill the fish. You have to give the filter time to mature, this usually takes about 4 weeks. If you have any questions feel free to ask me, I know a lot about fish, lol.

ow joys a ist tank ^W^' u should get some Axolotyles (i think thas how u spell it) or mexican walking fish XD why?? couse there awesome and cute and funny lol!!.stupid ducks ate mine -_-'

The Axalotles are gone I now have four gold fish much hapyer with the fish
